Sport Climbing in England and Wales is a landmark set of guidebooks, set to describe the best sport climbing destinations across two different volumes. As the popularity of sport climbing in the UK has exploded in recent years, a huge surge of bolting has covered almost all corners of the country.

Volume 1 concentrates on crags across the North of England and North Wales, including Cumbria, Lancashire, North Yorkshire, Filey, the Peaks, Cheshire, Clwyd, the A55 and N.Wales coast and Llanberis.

With all grades represented, the book spans across from easy beginner routes to some of the hardest in the world. Having said that, the book is predominantly ranged at the mid grade climber - with F5-7b being the grades most represented.
